Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: November 2, 2026

Flood Form Inc. wants everyone to be able to look up a property, read its report and work with us, whatever device or assistive technology they use.

Our standard

We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We review new pages against those guidelines and fix what we find. We have not had the site formally audited by an outside party, and we don’t claim that every page meets every guideline.

Known limitations

  • Flood maps are visual. The figures and ratings on a report are also given as text, but some details of the maps themselves aren’t available to screen readers.
  • Some placeholder text in forms has lower contrast than we would like.
  • Some PDF documents may not be fully tagged for screen readers.

Get help or tell us

If something on this site doesn’t work for you, email samuel@floodform.nyc. Tell us the page and what happened, and we’ll work with you to fix it or get you the information another way, such as going through your report by phone or email.
